Awaken to the sounds of birdsong and sip your morning coffee from one of three porches at Lane’s End, perched on the edge of Pine Mountain overlooking Warm Springs Valley.  This secluded cabin has excellent views and a very quiet location, yet it’s only a two minute walk up the hill to Mountain Top’s office, chapel, and beautiful swimming pool. During the day you can hike the Pine Mountain Trail, join a trail ride at Roosevelt Stables, bicycle country roads, explore Callaway Gardens, see FDR’s Little White House, or peruse the antique shops in the charming villages of Pine Mountain and Warm Springs. Better yet, go nowhere and just relax on the back porch with a good book and your binoculars! You can enjoy gourmet dining, a hearty country breakfast, mouth watering BBQ, or a traditional Southern buffet with fried green tomatoes - all within a 15 minute drive of Lane’s End. Or prepare your meals family style in our fully equipped kitchen with cathedral ceiling and outside grill, then eat inside near our stone fireplace or outside on the back porch picnic table overlooking the valley. In the evening you can soak in one of our two double Jacuzzis with gorgeous mountain/valley views, share heart stopping sunsets from our back porches, and enjoy videos, DVDs, or more than 50 channels on satellite TV. Couples sharing a weekend with friends will appreciate the 2nd master bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom, double Jacuzzi, and porch swing overlooking the valley. Families with children will especially like Lane’s End because of its “dead end” location away from traffic and the 3rd bedroom upstairs with window shutters overlooking the kitchen – perfect for calling down breakfast requests to Mom or Dad!
