Within the resort, there are a lot of options to host private events and keep your organization’s group engaged. Options include, but not limited to, subdividing the group as needed, bringing everyone together over lunch, dinner, or simple coffee breaks during the day. Larger group meetings can be hosted in the lodge’s conference room, the Royal Hall reception center, or the Mountain Top Clubhouse. We also can coordinate ahead of time with a team liaison to ensure we have the proper setup or items needed for specific activities that may be unique to your group, including activities out on our lovely large lawn.
For teams that extend your stay overnight, large cabins are available to keep team members close together. There is also space to gather and relax near our pool, pavilion, firepit, or other outdoor locations.
When your corporate schedule allows, your team can spread out and experience all sorts of nearby adventures including the largest state park in Georgia, the Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park or the Pine Mountain Trail for lovely hikes and views of nature. There are local shops to find one-of-a-kind gifts and memorabilia. Nearby Callaway Gardens has a host of events throughout the year for nature lovers who may not want to spend their whole day on a hike. Of course, for the true golfers within the group, there are many golf options nearby. For the more adventurous, options include ziplining, horseback riding, white water rafting, and the Wild Animal Safari.
